Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, but exchanges are possible. Kindly note the window is 7 days. To start a return, you can contact us at info@sageboutique.shop. This policy is NOT applicable to sale items.
We handle all possible issues with respect and integrity and if a refund is warranted due an error on our part, we will refund and communicate this clearly.
If the quality of your material has tarnished, please send us pictures. We may clean and inspect and potentially send a replacement with no charge. You may be surprised that jewelry needs a good clean sometimes.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
